Our buses depart regularly. Please contact us via WhatsApp or visit our office for the most up-to-date departure times and schedules.
You can easily collect your ticket in two ways. First, send a booking request via our WhatsApp; we will contact you, and once the payment is completed, your ticket will be sent directly to your WhatsApp. Additionally, if you wish, you can come directly to our office, make the payment, and collect your Umrah ticket.
Passengers are allowed to carry standard-sized suitcases and hand luggage. For specific weight limits or bulky items, please check with our staff during booking.
Yes, bookings can be changed or canceled according to our policy. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to assist you with any modifications.
Absolutely. Our services are designed with families in mind, providing a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone traveling for Umrah.
If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the bus departure. In this case, you will receive a refund, but a cancellation charge of 20 Riyals will be deducted. If you inform us less than 24 hours before departure, no refund will be provided.
